Job Title: Amazon Account Manager (India & Global Marketplaces)

Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan (VKIA)
Experience Required: 2 to 4 years
Salary: ₹22,000 - ₹30,000 per month
Joining: Immediate Joiner Preferred

Work Timings:
Monday to Friday: 09:30 AM - 06:30 PM
Saturday: 09:30 AM - 02:00 PM

About the Company
Jaipur Global Services Pvt. Ltd. (JGS) is an e-commerce Service Provider Network (SPN) managing seller accounts on Amazon and Flipkart on behalf of client sellers.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end Amazon Seller Central operations for both India and Global marketplaces
- Handle order processing through Self Ship, Easy Ship, FBA, and Seller Flex models
- Create, optimize, and manage product listings for maximum visibility and conversion
- Plan and execute Amazon Ads campaigns (Sponsored Products, Brands, Display) to drive sales
- Monitor and maintain Account Health metrics, including performance notifications, policy compliance, and voice of the customer
- Track inventory, manage FBA shipments, and resolve shipment/inventory discrepancies
- Handle account-related issues,



case log management, and coordinate with Amazon support for escalations
- Analyze account performance and prepare reports for management
- Stay updated with Amazon policy changes and ensure account compliance

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in Amazon Seller Central account management
- Practical experience with Self Ship, Easy Ship, FBA, and Seller Flex
- Good understanding of Amazon Ads and listing optimization
- Sound knowledge of account health management and performance metrics
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple seller accounts
- Positive communication skills (written and verbal)
