We, Arvind Corrotech Limited are a leading turnkey supplier of galvanizing plants globally. About the Role

We are looking for a technically solid Sales Engineer to drive business development for our turnkey galvanizing plant solutions globally. You will be the bridge between client requirements and our engineering/execution teams, generating leads, understanding client needs, proposing technical solutions, and closing orders.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales
- Identify and generate leads for turnkey galvanizing plant projects (domestic and international markets)
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline; meet sales targets and revenue goals
- Travel to meet prospective clients, understand their requirements, and present company capabilities
- Attend industry exhibitions, trade fairs, and conferences to generate business leads

Technical & Client Interaction
- Understand client's plant requirements (capacity, process, site conditions) and translate them into technical proposals
- Prepare techno-commercial offers, quotations,



and proposals in coordination with the engineering/design team
- Explain plant process, equipment specifications, and value proposition to clients
- Address technical queries from clients during pre-sales discussions

Coordination & Follow-up
- Liaise with design, engineering, and project execution teams to ensure feasibility of proposed solutions
- Follow up on quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close orders
- Coordinate with the project team for smooth handover after order confirmation
- Maintain relationships with existing clients for repeat business and referrals

Reporting & Market Intelligence
- Track competitor activities, market trends, and pricing in the galvanizing/industrial plant sector
- Maintain CRM records of leads, opportunities, and client communication
- Provide regular sales forecasts and pipeline reports to management

Required Qualifications & Experience
- Education: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical/
