About the Role
As a QA Automation Engineer, you will ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of enterprise fintech solutions through scalable test automation and quality engineering practices. You will collaborate closely with software engineers, product managers, and cross-functional teams to embed quality throughout the software development lifecycle. This role focuses on building automated testing frameworks, increasing release confidence, and driving continuous improvement across complex applications and distributed systems. Success is measured through automation effectiveness, product stability, defect prevention,



and delivery excellence.
What You Will Be Doing
Design, develop, and maintain scalable automated test frameworks and reusable test assets.
Create automated test suites for functional, integration, API, regression, and end-to-end testing.
Collaborate with engineering teams to embed automation and quality practices early in development.
Validate software releases through comprehensive automated and risk-based testing strategies.
Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines to support rapid and reliable deployments.
Perform API testing and service validation across distributed and cloud-based environments.
Analyze test results, identify root causes, and work with development teams to resolve defects.
Improve test coverage, maintainability, and execution efficiency across applications.
Monitor quality metrics and identify opportunities to enhance testing processes and product quality.
