What You'll Be Doing
Lead the delivery of engaging instructor-led, virtual, blended, and in-person learning programs for employees and leaders across global locations.
Facilitate training sessions focused on leadership development,



communication, customer service, new hire onboarding, professional development, and other business-critical competencies.
Design, develop, and maintain high-quality learning materials including facilitator guides, participant workbooks, job aids, reference materials, and e-learning content.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning needs and develop practical, learner-centered solutions aligned with business objectives.
Manage multiple training programs and learning initiatives simultaneously while ensuring high-quality execution and delivery.
Adapt facilitation approaches to different audiences, learning styles, and cultural environments.
Partner closely with HR, business leaders, and subject matter experts to create impactful learning experiences that drive performance and engagement.
Lead instructional design initiatives that translate organizational needs into effective training and development
