As a Senior Associate in Accelerated Solutions (M&A; IT), you will engage with Private Equity Operating teams globally to maximize deal value and expedite execution. Within our Deals practice, you will translate business objectives into practical technology strategies, focusing on IT infrastructure and cybersecurity across the M&A; lifecycle. This role involves assessing and aligning enterprise IT capabilities,
coordinating global teams, and resolving critical risks to drive Day 1 readiness.
As a Senior Associate, you will develop meaningful client connections and guide others through complex challenges. You will leverage your skills to analyze intricate problems, mentor junior team members, and maintain skilled standards. Navigating ambiguity, you will grow your personal brand and deepen your technical skills, anticipating the needs of your teams and clients.
