Job Description:
1. Manage team of Project engineers who support across Business Units.
2.



Should be well versed with hands on key project management areas like Risk Management, procurement, Scope & Stakeholder management
3. Hands on experience in Earned value metrics to program office and other stakeholders
4. Hands on experience in software and hardware Product development Life cycle
5. Should have hands-on experience on proposal preparation and submission
6. Should have excellent written and verbal communication
7. Should have experience working with cross functional teams and disciplines
8. Experience working and collaborating with manufacturing and operations team would be a plus
9. Familiarity with Aerospace (RTCA FAA) or Automotive design standards and techniques
10. Proficient in MS Project Qualified including resource loading and critical path analysis
11. Knowledge on any product life cycle management tools
12. Knowledge on reporting tools like Tableau, Power BI preferred
