A Day in the Life
We are looking a Payroll Analyst to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will have experience managing end-to-end India payroll operations. This role is responsible for ensuring payroll accuracy, maintaining a positive employee experience, and driving continuous process improvements.



The Payroll Analyst will also support payroll-related accounting activities, including reconciliations, payroll compliance documentation, audit support and management reporting. This position will be based in our Pune office.

Key Requirements & Responsibilities
Own and manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing for India employees, including the preparation, validation, and review of payroll inputs & reports.
Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of payroll processing in compliance with applicable statutory requirements.
Serve as the primary point of contact for employee payroll, tax computation, and statutory queries, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
Develop and maintain payroll reconciliation controls, audit schedules & statutory documentation.
Support Payroll-related accounting activities, including GL reconciliations, variance reviews, and month-end reporting.
