The HVAC Fabrication Detailer is responsible for producing accurate Coordinated, and fabrication-ready models, shop drawings and installation drawings for HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning) ductwork and associated mechanical services. The role requires strong knowledge of Australian drafting standards, HVAC fabrication practices, coordination with other building services and proficiency in Autodesk fabrication software.
The detailer will convert engineering designs into fabrication-ready models and shop drawings suitable for manufacturing, spool drawing, installation documentation and site coordination while ensuring compliance with Australian Standards, project specifications and client requirements. The HVAC Fabrication Detailer is also responsible for ensuring that all models and drawings comply with relevant Australian Standards, project specifications, client requirements, BIM standards, and fabrication procedures, while maintaining a high level of accuracy, quality,



and consistency and requires a high degree of technical proficiency in BIM software and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
This position involves working within the MEP Team at Axium Global’s Delivery Centre in Andheri, Mumbai. The team consists of skilled professionals, including BIM designers, mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineers with diverse experience. The HVAC Duct Fabricator will be responsible for creating accurate fabrication and installation drawings for HVAC ductwork for various projects and will be working directly with leading MEP design consulting firms from Australia on flagship projects.
