Job Description
What You'll Do
We are seeking an experienced Payroll Lead to oversee payroll operations across EMEA and India, ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely payroll delivery in a complex global environment.



This role serves as the regional payroll subject matter expert and is responsible for the delivery, governance, compliance, and optimization of payroll operations across multiple countries.
Payroll Operations
Own end-to-end payroll delivery across assigned EMEA countries and India.
Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, including gross-to-net calculations, payments, taxes, statutory deductions, benefits, and reporting.
Manage payroll calendars, approvals, funding requirements, and operational controls.
Monitor payroll performance and service levels while ensuring a high-quality employee experience.
Support employee payroll inquiries and issue resolution.
Compliance & Risk Management
Maintain expertise in payroll legislation, taxation, social security, and statutory requirements across EMEA and India.
Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements and payroll governance standards.
Partner with Tax, Legal, HR, and external advisors to
