Purpose of the Job:The Operations head will be accountable for overseeing operational requirements for the Fund Management Entity (FME) in International Financial Service Centre (IFSC) unit of HSBC Asset Management India Pvt. Ltd. at GIFT City. This role ensures strict adherence to HSBC Internal controls & IFSCA regulations, along with SEBI regulations wherever applicable, manages & owns processes, and acts as the key liaison with the Fund administrator/Custodian/Tax consultants & trustees while facilitating effective functioning of the IFSC business.
The Ops head will supervise daily operations of the Gift Entity & will be reporting to principal officer at Entity Level and COO AMIN functionally.
Please note that this role will be based out of GIFT City (initially for few weeks the person may be required to be based out of Mumbai)
