Job Description
Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee day-to-day Intercompany, Payroll, and Fixed Asset accounting activities. Ensure timely completion of reconciliations, journal entries, reporting, and month-end close activities. Support transition and transformation initiatives, including process improvements and standardization efforts. Act as a key contact for clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution. Monitor team performance, workload allocation, and service delivery against agreed KPIs and SLAs. Identify process improvement opportunities and drive operational efficiencies. Ensure compliance with accounting policies, internal controls, and audit requirements. P
