The candidate is expected to demonstrate strong troubleshooting skills and familiarity with virtualization platforms.

Key Responsibilities
L2 Incident & Problem Management
Own and resolve L2 incidents involving Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP,



and related services
Manage and execute change requests following ITIL change management processes
Coordinate scheduled maintenance windows and execute assigned changes
Proactively identify recurring issues and propose permanent fixes or workarounds
Advanced System Administration
Manage and troubleshoot Windows Failover Clustering, DFSR, and load-balanced services
Manage certificate lifecycle including SSL/TLS certificate issuance and renewal via PKI/CA
Perform capacity planning activities and report on infrastructure health metrics
Configure and manage Windows Server roles: File Server, Print Server, WDS, and Remote Desktop Services
Administer virtualization platforms (VMware vSphere / Hyper-V) at a beginner level
Security & Compliance
Implement and enforce security hardening standards (CIS Benchmarks) on Windows Servers
Manage antivirus/EDR tool deployments and ensure compliance across the ser
