Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute business development and sales strategies aligned with organizational revenue and growth objectives.
Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, referrals, strategic partnerships, and customer engagement.
Manage the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, needs assessment, solution positioning, proposal development, negotiation, closing, and transition to delivery or account management.
Build and maintain solid relationships with customers, prospects, partners, and key decision-makers.
Understand customer business needs and collaborate with internal teams to develop relevant solutions and value propositions.
Prepare and deliver effective presentations, proposals, business cases, and commercial recommendations.
Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, account plans, and activity records in Workday or the designated CRM system.
Monitor market trends, competitive activity, customer feedback, and emerging opportunities to inform business strategy.




Partner with marketing, operations, finance, product, delivery, and leadership teams to ensure successful execution of commercial initiatives.
Lead or support strategic negotiations and ensure appropriate commercial, contractual, and risk considerations are addressed.
Track performance against sales targets, revenue goals, pipeline metrics, conversion rates, and other agreed business outcomes.
Identify opportunities to improve sales processes, customer experience, operational efficiency, and cross-functional collaboration.
Coach, mentor, and share best practices with junior team members and contribute to a high-performance sales culture.
Represent the organization professionally at customer meetings, industry events, conferences, and business forums.
Ensure all sales and business development activities comply with company policies, ethical standards, and applicable regulations.
