We have an exciting chance for a Learning Disability Nurse to work within the Scottish Borders Learning Disability Team supporting the uptake and provision of annual health checks for people with learning disabilities.

You will be at the forefront of improving the uptake and quality of annual health checks for the Borders learning disability population.

You will work within a community based multi-disciplinary team supporting people with learning disabilities.



You will have experience of advocating for people with learning disabilities especially around access to primary health care.
