JD - Senior Manager - E-commerce & Digital Marketing - Healthcare

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Senior Manager - E-commerce and Digital Marketing (Healthcare) to join our team for Himalaya Wellness As a Senior Manager at our company, you will be responsible for setting up, implementing and scaling up the E-commerce and overall digital marketing strategy. It’s a people manager role leading E-commerce scale up and digital marketing for platforms and HCPs

Role reporting: General Manager - Marketing (Healthcare)

Responsibilities

Build, plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategy for Healthcare division and manage all digital marketing channels of Himalaya Wellness Brands
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices in the market
Prepare and manage a digital marketing budget with paid and non-paid media
Manage and improve online content, considering SEO and Google Analytics
Identify trends and insights,



and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
Brainstorm current and creative growth strategies with Senior Management
Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
Collaborate with internal teams to create brand communication materials
Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
Monitor competition and provide suggestions for improvement
Ensure on-time campaign content development/production for all brand/TAs
Responsible for the managing the production of all digital assets like CLM content, FuE and Websites with GTM Services /DPH/ Local creative agency.
Platform process owner for Veeva vault/Internal platform to ensure appropriate governance, processes (MLR), training and data integrity for digital content platforms along with data integration as required with other digital customer engagement platforms.
