Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Female Back Office Accountant with 3–5 years of relevant experience. The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, strong accounting knowledge, and fluent English communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day accounting and back-office activities.
Maintain accurate financial records, invoices, vouchers, and supporting documents.
Manage accounts payable and receivable.
Perform data entry and maintain accounting records.
Prepare and maintain daily, monthly, and periodic reports.
Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts.
Assist with billing, payments, receipts, and expense tracking.
Coordinate with internal teams, clients, vendors, and banks as required.




Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial information.
Support senior management with accounting and administrative tasks.

Requirements
Eligibility & Skills
A bachelor’s Degree in Accounting is mandatory.
3–5 years of relevant accounting/back-office experience.
Fluent English communication is mandatory.
Robust knowledge of basic accounting principles.
Good working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
Experience with accounting software/Tally will be an advantage.
Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
Good organizational and multitasking skills.
Professional attitude and ability to maintain confidentiality.
