We are looking for a performance-driven Paid Digital Marketing Executive with strong hands-on experience in managing and optimising paid advertising campaigns across Google, Microsoft/Bing, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
The ideal candidate should be able to think independently, identify opportunities, test new strategies, and take ownership of campaign performance. You will play an important role in maintaining and growing the company's sales through effective digital marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, launch, manage, and optimise paid digital marketing campaigns with a strong focus on sales, ROAS, and overall business growth.
Manage campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft/Bing Ads.
Have hands-on experience with different Google campaign types, including:
Performance Max (PMax)
Demand Gen
YouTube campaigns
Video campaigns
Search campaigns
Display campaigns
Remarketing/retargeting campaigns
Monitor campaign performance, budgets, conversions, CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPC, and other key performance metrics.
Continuously test and optimise ad copy, keywords,



bidding strategies and landing pages.
Analyse campaign and sales data to identify growth opportunities and areas of improvement.
Work independently to identify problems and develop data-driven solutions without relying on step-by-step instructions.
Conduct A/B testing and experiment with current campaign formats, targeting methods, creatives, and bidding strategies.
Stay up to date with the latest developments in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, YouTube advertising, AI-driven advertising, and performance marketing.
Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights.
Help develop and implement strategies to maintain existing sales and continuously grow revenue.

Requirements
Any graduate with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in paid digital marketing.
Strong working knowledge of Google Ads and Microsoft/Bing Ads.
Practical experience managing multiple campaign types, especially PMax, Deman
