Position: Senior Maintenance Engineer – Ophthalmic lens Edging & Mounting
Objective: Ensure installation, Breakdown & Preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of SatisLoh (ES4, 3B blocker), Mei Industrial edger, Essilor Edger, Tracer & blocker(Neksia/ES PRO 800/Mr Blue/eTess) & Nidek tracer & blocker machines to minimize downtime and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities

Install, commission, and verify machine performance.
Conduct preventive maintenance as per schedule.
Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and software faults.
Perform calibration, wheel replacement, tracer/blocker setup, software update
