Role

As the Team Manager - Maintenance (Machine Shop) you will be part of the Operations and will report to the Section Head - Maintenance. The purpose of your role will be to do Breakdown maintenance and effective planned maintenance to minimize the BD losses, Effective utilization of manpower and resources, Focus on Kaizen/improvement activities, Safety knowledge is required. (LOTO, HIRA, hazard points closure), SAP knowledge on PM module, IMS documentation.

Your key Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
1. Erection & commissioning supervision
2. Day to day breakdown maintenance.
3. Execution of countermeasure and Horizontal deployment
4. Team development activities to enhance skill level of members
5. Enhancing innovation
6. Strengthening of Daily work management
7. Spare part management and tracking to optimize the cost
8. Fanuc exposure for Backups and restorations,troubleshootings(Gantry lines,CNC&SPM; machines, Robots)
9. Handling Projects and achieve the results
A Day in the life





Preparation of Manpower as per planning. Maintain check on process parameters of Critical equipment . Maintenance planning of Shift in line with plan. Maintain Product and process Quality requirement. Documentation and reporting of Maintenance and breakdowns
Academic Qualification & Experience
- B.E / B.Tech - Electrical / Electronics with 4 to 8 Years of Experience or Diploma in Electrical Engineering / Electronics with 13 to 14 Years in Machine shop equipment, FANUC CNC & Robots, Honing machine, Fine boring machine, Mitsubishi & Siemens PLC & SPM’s.Technical Skills/Knowledge

1. Should have hands on experience in trouble shooting, restoration and modification.
2. Knowledge of mechanical/Electrical maintenance /spare parts planning/CBM/TBR/PM Activities.
3. Valuable communication skill, Man management, IOT projects, Cost saving projects (Energy, Spare parts enhancement).
4. Knowledge of Service and rep
