Role

As the Team Manager - Machine Shop (Aluminium Phase) you will be part of the Operations and will report to Section head - Machine ShopThe purpose of your role will be to achieve production Targets as per production plan and setups change over in Aluminium components.A purpose driven role for you

Your key Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:1. Achieve the production plan ( Quality and Quantity)in order to meet the requirement of PPC plan2. Controlling and improving rejection cost , consumable cost , Tool cost3. Create a conducive , harmonious & secure work environment to facilitate smooth operations4. Improve OEE, Cycle time reduction , Promote TPMA Day in the life

Preparation of Manpower as per planning. Maintain check on process parameters of Critical equipment . Production planning of Shift in line with PPC plan. Maintain Product and process Quality requirement to achieve production Targets as per production plan in Crank Case and Cylinder Head components. Academic Qualification & Experience

B.Tech / B.E in mechanical Engg with 4 to 8 Years of Experience2. Diploma in Mechnical Engg with 9 to 15 years of relevant experienceTechnical Skills/Knowledge

1. MS Office, SAP & Lotus notes.2. 5S, TPM, SJIT & FMEA3. Machinery Knowledge - CNC Machines, Fanuc robo drill, Gantry operation, Automatic line (Robotic operations)4. Knowledge Breakdowns & abnormalities rectification of Equipment5. Material Handling of critical / sophasticated parts6. Safety protocols expoaue for handling of electronics parts7. Engine – Aluminum Parts, tooling, fixturesBehavioural Skills
