Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Volunteer role based in Pune City. The Volunteer will support various teams by assisting with day-to-day operational tasks, coordinating activities, and contributing to initiatives related to digital transformation projects.



Responsibilities may include helping organize events or workshops, preparing documentation, supporting communication and outreach efforts, and collaborating with project teams to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks. The Volunteer will be expected to learn quickly, adapt to changing priorities, and contribute positively to KANINI’s people-first culture.
Qualifications
Ability to support project coordination, documentation, and general administrative tasks with attention to detail and organization.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and engage respectfully with diverse stakeholders.
Interest in digital technologies, software services, or areas such as Product Engineering, Data Analytics & AI, or ServiceNow (prior exposure is a plus but not mandatory).
