Role Description The Member role at Evolve Experiences is a full-time, in office position based in Hyderabad. In this role, the individual will support the planning and execution of brand experience projects,



assisting with event coordination, on-ground logistics, and implementation of activation plans. The Member will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure that client requirements are understood, documented, and delivered to high standards. Day-to-day responsibilities may include preparing project materials, supporting asset setup on-site, monitoring timelines, and contributing to post-event reporting and feedback. The role requires active participation in on-site programs, clear communication, and a commitment to maintaining the quality and consistency of every brand touchpoint.
