We are looking for an experienced Travel Procurement Specialist to manage the organization's corporate travel procurement and operations. The ideal candidate will have expertise in sourcing and managing travel partners, negotiating commercial agreements, implementing travel management platforms, and ensuring seamless travel support for employees while optimizing costs and maintaining compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end procurement and operations for corporate travel, including domestic and international travel requirements.
Build and maintain relationships with travel management companies (TMCs), airlines, hotels, visa agencies, and other travel service providers.
Lead commercial negotiations with travel vendors to achieve cost savings and service excellence.
Coordinate airline bookings, hotel reservations, airport transfers, and other travel-related services.
Manage visa processing, passport renewals, travel insurance, invitation letters, and immigration-related documentation.
Oversee implementation, configuration,
and continuous improvement of corporate travel management platforms and online booking tools.
Develop and monitor travel policies to ensure compliance while enhancing employee experience.
Track travel spends, generate MIS reports, analyse trends, and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
Monitor vendor performance through SLAs, KPIs, and periodic business reviews.
Resolve travel-related escalations, including flight disruptions, cancellations, emergencies, and service issues.
Collaborate with HR, Finance, Legal, and business stakeholders to support employee mobility and business travel requirements.
Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory regulations, and audit requirements.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain, Hospitality, Tourism, or a related discipline.
5–7 years of experience in corporate travel procurement or travel management.
