F5 Realtors is looking for a high-energy, results-driven Sales Manager to drive sales for our premium real estate projects in Pune.
This is not a conventional sales role. We’re looking for someone who is exceptionally sharp, persuasive, commercially astute, and obsessed with closing, someone who can walk into a conversation with a prospect and confidently take it from enquiry to negotiation to booking.

The Role:

As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving the end-to-end sales process — from lead conversion and site visits to negotiations and closures.
You will play a key role in building a high-performing sales pipeline, achieving revenue targets and ensuring every customer interaction reflects the premium positioning of the project and F5 Realtors.

Job Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Revenue

Drive monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
Develop effective strategies to convert enquiries into site visits and bookings.
Identify market opportunities, buyer trends and competitive positioning.




Drive high-value transactions from lead generation to final closure.
Personally handle critical negotiations and high-intent prospects.

Team Leadership & Performance

Lead, mentor and motivate the sales team.
Set and monitor KPIs around calls, follow-ups, site visits, conversions and revenue.
Build a culture of accountability, urgency and closing excellence.
Coach team members on pitching, objection handling, negotiation and conversion.
Continuously identify opportunities to improve sales productivity.

Customer Conversion & Relationship Management

Handle key prospects, investors, HNIs and high-value clients.
Build strong relationships with business owners, investors, channel partners and decision-makers.
Understand customer requirements and present the right chance with confidence.
Handle objections, negotiate effectively and close deals decisively.
