Degree or academic background in artificial intelligence, data science, analytics, technology, or related discipline, combined with practical exposure to human capital advisory, workforce analytics, talent, rewards, HR solutioning, or consulting.
Or a degree or formal academic background in human resources, organizational psychology, business, talent management, rewards, or a recognized HR programme, combined with practical experience applying AI, analytics, automation, or digital tools in a business or advisory context
Work Experience
Minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in advisory, consulting, solution development, business analysis, or human capital transformation, with EMEA exposure strongly preferred
