Job Description-

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled ServiceNow CMDB & ITOM Specialist with deep expertise in ServiceNow platform development, CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and enterprise integrations. This role will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable ServiceNow solutions, leading integration architecture, driving CMDB governance, and ensuring platform performance, security, and operational excellence for a global organization.
The ideal candidate will possess strong technical leadership capabilities, hands-on development experience, and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across business and technology teams.

Ensure adherence to ServiceNow development best practices and coding standards.




Conduct peer code reviews and provide technical guidance to development teams.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and effective platform enhancements.
Evaluate and implement new ServiceNow capabilities and platform features.

Integrations & Architecture
Architect, design, and implement complex integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems.
Develop and support integrations using:
REST APIs
SOAP Web Services
JDBC Connections
MID Servers
IntegrationHub
Transform Maps
Import Sets
Design secure, reliable, and scalable data exchange mechanisms.
Troubleshoot and resolve integration-related issues and performance bottlenecks.
