Key Responsibilities
- Design Planning & Development
- Review and verification of landscape designs proposed by the external landscape architects ensuring correctness and fulfilment of project requirements
- Interfaces with design managers, regional cross-functional teams and HO design team along with external Design Consultants




- Recommends design options for specific green field projects.
- Coordinate complete landscape output of Marketing collaterals – renders, AV, Model etc
- Manage landscape design and quality of marketing office and show apartment as per product positioning.
- Coordination for approvals
- Provides design brief and detailed requirements on the project to consultants
- Follow ups and continuous tracking on submissions
- Coordination with design manager to file required documentation as per schedule
- Coordinates with external consultants for applying for certifications.
- Coordination during project execution
- Coordinates with projects team during execution of the landscape design.
- Monitors work in progress to ensure that design is in accordance with the brief and norms
- Conduct site visit as and when required.
- Standardization of Design Process
- Prepares templates for standardization for landscape design across regions such as material
