Job Requirements

Phenom is looking for a Director of Security & Trust Enablement to build and scale the services that connect our Security & Trust capabilities with our customers and internal business teams. We expect this leader to actively use AI to improve how security services are delivered. You will explore and implement AI-enabled approaches to streamline customer assurance, accelerate security reviews, improve knowledge sharing and create scalable self-service experiences for internal teams and customers.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who combines strong technical security knowledge, curiosity about emerging technologies, and a customer-first mindset. You will work closely with Sales, Customer Operations, Product, Engineering, and IT to make security easier to understand, easier to adopt, and easier to demonstrate to customers and leaders.

You will have the opportunity to shape how the function operates, establish practical services and processes.



Success in this role requires someone who is comfortable moving between strategy and execution: defining a service model one day, experimenting with an AI-enabled workflow the next, and supporting an important customer security conversation when needed.

This is not a traditional CISO or security governance role. It is an prospect for a collaborative, technically credible leader who wants to build, experiment, improve, and deliver security services in a fast-paced, AI-driven company.

What You'll Do
- Define, build, and operate a Security & Trust Enablement model, including service catalog, SLAs, and measurable outcomes
- Identify and implement practical uses of AI across Security & Trust service delivery.
- Use AI to improve the speed and consistency of security questionnaires, RFP responses, customer assurance activities, reporting, and internal knowledge management.
