Candidates must demonstrate architect-level Okta expertise, not only Okta administration or L2/L3 support experience. Strong hands-on knowledge of Okta Identity Governance, Okta Workflows, IAM architecture, federation, SSO, application integration, security architecture, and stakeholder management is essential.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced IAM Solutions Architect – Okta with 12–20 years of overall experience and strong expertise in enterprise IAM architecture, Okta Identity Cloud, Okta Identity Governance (OIG),



Okta Workflows, authentication, federation, and application integration.

The architect will lead end-to-end IAM solution design, technical governance, architecture, and implementation oversight while working closely with business stakeholders, security teams, application owners, architects, and engineering teams.

The ideal candidate should have robust experience designing scalable, secure, and enterprise-grade Okta solutions, along with excellent stakeholder management and technical leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

IAM & Okta Architecture
- Lead discovery workshops and gather business, security, and technical IAM requirements.
- Design end-to-end Okta Customer Identity Solutions (CIS) architecture.
- Define architecture for Universal Directory, Identity Governance, Okta Workflows, authentication, and application integrations.
- Define enterprise Identity Lifecycle Management / Joiner-Mover-Leaver (
