About the Role

The Unit VM Head will oversee the visual merchandising strategy for the unit, ensuring that all visual presentations align with the brand's standards and objectives. This role involves managing a team, coordinating with various departments, and executing innovative visual displays.

Experience: Min.2 years

Salary: Upto 650000 l.p.a

Locations - Mumbai West.

Job Description:

1. Making and Planning a Display Calendar for the Unit.

2. Ensure Standardization of Visual Presentation.

3. Executing Merchandise Presentation with inputs from B&M; Department through the Corporate VM.

4. Co-ordinating consistent VM planning and execution and control.

5. Cost monitoring for VM and ensuring spends are within budgets.

6.



Liaison with Marketing for in-store communication and events.

7. Ensuring Signage standardization for instore and also for Brands as per laid down Norms.

8. Space -on-hire monitoring and ensuring good quality implementation of Visuals.

9. Training for VM and Merchandise Presentation to the Retail Staff.

10. Competition activity scouting.

11. Facilitating the Planning and Executing VM for Events.

12. Documentation control of VM.

13. Maintenance of assets registers for the VM props and fixtures.

Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Graduation in Fashion Design

Preferred competencies & Skills
- Technical skills: Knowledge of Fashion/ Visual Merchandising/ Retail/ Vendor Management/ Coral/ Photoshop
- Other Skills: Customer orientation, learning proficiency, planning and organizing, team player, influencing, problem solving
