About the Role





DoubleTick is looking for a motivated and results driven Inside Sales Specialist to guide, mentor, and scale our growing sales team. The candidate will be responsible for building robust relationships with customers, generating leads, managing accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead Qualification and Customer Segmentation

Evaluate inbound and outbound leads to identify high-potential prospects. Segment leads based on industry, purchasing readiness, business size, and potential revenue. Ensure every lead is nurtured effectively with structured follow-ups and appropriate engagement strategies.

Consultative Sales and Use-Case Analysis

Engage with prospects to deeply understand their business challenges, needs, and goals. Conduct requirement gathering discussions to map product features to real-time business use cases.

Taking Ownership and Achieving Revenue Targe
