Your Job

Manager – Planning — Lead end-to-end planning across production, materials, inventory, demand, and capacity to ensure customer commitments are met while optimizing inventory, plant utilization, and overall operational efficiency. You'll partner closely with Sales, Procurement, Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Finance, and Logistics to run a disciplined S&OP; cadence and drive continuous improvement across the supply chain.

You will be part of the Operations organization, reporting to the Senior Manager Operations. The planning team serves as the operational control tower, aligning demand, supply, materials, and capacity across functions to deliver reliable service and improved working capital performance

What You Will Do
- Own the planning rhythm by leading S&OP; / demand and supply reviews, aligning stakeholders on a single, feasible plan.
- Translate demand into executable schedules by building monthly/weekly/daily production plans that balance customer priorities with plant constraints.




- Ensure material readiness by driving MRP execution and partnering with Procurement and suppliers to prevent shortages and expedite critical items.
- Optimize inventory health by improving inventory turns, reducing excess/obsolete stock, and strengthening inventory accuracy and controls.
- Drive capacity and constraint management by identifying bottlenecks early, recommending corrective actions, and supporting ramp-ups and recent product introductions.
- Strengthen planning data and systems by maintaining ERP planning parameters and improving master data quality (BOMs, routings, lead times).
- Lead continuous improvement by implementing Lean planning practices, standard work/SOPs, and automation or digital planning enhancements

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or Business Administration.
- 8–12 years of experience in Supply Chain, Production Planning, or Ma
