About The Role

We are looking for a dynamic HR Business Partner (HRBP) who will work closely with Business Unit leaders to drive people strategy, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness. The role requires someone who is analytical,



business-oriented, and strong in stakeholder management, with the ability to translate business goals into effective HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Business Partnering
- Partner closely with Business Unit Heads and functional leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives.
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on people-related matters including workforce planning, organizational design, and talent management.
- People Connect & Employee Engagement
- Drive regular pulse connects, skip-level meetings, and employee engagement initiatives to understand team sentiment and improve workplace experience.
- Address employee concerns proactively and foster a culture of transparency and collaboration.
- HR Analytics & Data-Driven Decisions
- Work with HR metrics and people data to derive insights on attrition, engagement, productivity, and performance.
