General Insurance Sales Telecaller – Job Description

Role: Telecaller – General Insurance Sales
Location: Ludhiana
Experience: 1–3 years in Insurance/BFSI/Telecalling preferred

Key Responsibilities:
- Call existing and prospective customers for Motor, Health and other GI products.
- Generate leads, explain products and arrange quotations.
- Handle customer objections and follow up for policy conversion.
- Maintain accurate customer details and call records in CRM.
- Achieve daily/monthly calling and sales targets.
- Coordinate with field sales team for qualified leads and appointments.
- Ensure compliant and professional customer communication.

Desired Skills:
Valuable communication skills, Punjabi & English , sales orientation, convincing ability and basic computer/CRM knowledge.

Compensation: Fixed salary + attractive sales incentives.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
