About the Role

We are looking for a confident and articulate Tele Caller to be the first point of contact between our company and prospective and existing customers. In this role, you will connect with people over the phone to share information about our products/services, generate interest, resolve queries, and build lasting relationships. If you enjoy conversations, stay motivated by targets, and can switch effortlessly between English, Hindi, and Telugu, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

· Make outbound calls to prospective customers and receive inbound calls to address enquiries.

· Clearly explain products, services, offers, and pricing to customers.

· Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or solutions.

· Generate leads, qualify prospects, and schedule appointments or follow-ups for the sales team.

· Handle customer objections politely and turn them into opportunities.

· Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and outcomes in the CRM or database.

· Follow up consistently with interested customers to close conversions.





· Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.

· Gather customer feedback and share insights with the team to improve outreach.

· Maintain a professional, courteous, and positive tone in every interaction.

Required Skills & Competencies

· Excellent communication skills — clear, confident, and persuasive over the phone.

· Fluency in English (spoken and written) with a neutral, easy-to-understand accent.

· Conversational proficiency in Hindi and Telugu/Kannada to comfortably engage regional customers.(based on the location)

· Strong listening skills and the ability to understand customer needs quickly.

· Patience, empathy, and a calm approach when handling difficult conversations.

· Valuable persuasion and negotiation abilities.

· Target-driven mindset with self-motivation and resilience.
