Cybersecurity Intern

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Cybersecurity Intern to join our team. The candidate will get practical exposure to cybersecurity activities such as vulnerability assessment, security testing, network security, monitoring, and security documentation.

The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of cybersecurity concepts, good analytical skills, and a strong interest in learning and working on real-world cybersecurity projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist the cybersecurity team in identifying security vulnerabilities.
- Support Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT) activities.
- Perform basic security testing of web applications, APIs, and systems.
- Assist with vulnerability scanning and security assessments.
- Learn and work with cybersecurity tools such as Nmap, Burp Suite, Wireshark, and Kali Linux.
- Assist in analyzing security logs and identifying suspicious activities.
- Research common cyber threats, vulnerabilities, and attack techniques.
- Assist in preparing vulnerability assessment reports and documentation.




- Support security audits and basic risk assessments.
- Work with the technical team to understand and resolve security issues.
- Follow cybersecurity best practices and company security policies.
- Participate in cybersecurity projects based on client requirements.

Preferred Skills
- Basic understanding of Cybersecurity and Information Security.
- Basic knowledge of computer networks and TCP/IP.
- Understanding of Linux and Windows operating systems.
- Basic knowledge of OWASP Top 10 is an advantage.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity tools is preferred but not mandatory.
- Basic understanding of web applications and APIs.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Willingness to learn and explore current cybersecurity technologies.
