Role Summary

We are looking for a driven and polished Senior Sales Executive to grow our Mumbai business. In this role, you will bring in new corporate and high-value leisure clients, manage key relationships, and consistently achieve sales targets while representing the premium, detail-first standard All 4 Season is known for. You'll work closely with our Operations, MICE, and Holidays teams to turn client requirements into seamless, memorable journeys.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development
- Identify and acquire new corporate clients, travel agents, and business opportunities.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, client meetings, and industry events.
- Build the client base by developing solid, long-term business relationships.

Sales & Revenue Generation
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in line with company goals.
- Prepare and present customised travel proposals to prospective clients.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close business confidently and professionally.

Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients.
- Ensure high client satisfaction through timely support and proactive communication.
- Identify opportunities for repeat business, upselling, and cross-selling.
