Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day electrical installation and execution activities at the project site.
- Ensure electrical works are carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and method statements.
- Supervise electricians, technicians, subcontractors, and site manpower.
- Coordinate with the Project Manager, Electrical Engineer, Civil Team, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and other services.
- Monitor installation of electrical conduits, cable trays, trunking, cables, DBs, panels, lighting, power points, and earthing systems.
- Ensure proper installation and termination of cables, panels, switchgear, and electrical equipment.
- Read and interpret Single Line Diagrams (SLD), electrical layouts, shop drawings, and schematic drawings.
- Check the quality of electrical installations and ensure compliance with project specifications and applicable IS standards.




- Coordinate material requirements, inspection, storage, and proper utilization at site.
- Monitor daily progress and maintain site records, checklists, inspection reports, and material consumption records.
- Coordinate testing, pre-commissioning, and commissioning of electrical systems.
- Identify site issues and coordinate with the concerned team for timely resolution.
- Support client/consultant inspections and close punch points.
- Ensure compliance with company HSE policies and secure working practices.
- Conduct toolbox talks and ensure proper use of PPE by site personnel.
- Maintain housekeeping and ensure safe working conditions at the site.
