Job Summary

The Ops Staff is responsible for supporting day-to-day operational activities within Blue Darts Service Centres, Hubs, Processing Units (PUDs) and Warehouses by ensuring efficient shipment handling, processing and movement across the network. The role performs a wide range of operational activities including shipment receiving, sorting, scanning, bagging, tagging, loading, unloading, shipment reconciliation and data entry while ensuring adherence to operational procedures, safety standards and service commitments. As a frontline operations employee, the incumbent plays a critical role in maintaining shipment accuracy, operational productivity and service quality while representing the Blue Dart brand through skilled conduct, discipline and operational excellence. To support efficient shipment processing and operational activities by ensuring accurate handling, sorting, scanning and movement of shipments while maintaining high standards of productivity, safety, quality and compliance with Blue Darts Standard Operating Procedures.
Responsibilities




- Shipment Processing Operations. Receive, segregate, sort and process inbound and outbound shipments accurately.
- Shipment Processing Operations. Perform shipment scanning, bagging, tagging and labelling activities in accordance with operational requirements.
