ROLE MISSION

Be the face of MAD on the ground converting the qualified leads and site visits scheduled by the back-office desk into closed deals across Residential, Offices, Showrooms, Plots and Pre-Leased Assets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Client Engagement & Site Visits

Attend site visits scheduled by the back-office team, punctually and fully briefed on client requirement.

— Represent MAD professionally to clients, owners and developers, showcasing properties and addressing queries confidently on the spot.

Negotiation & Closure

— Drive disciplined, timely follow-up with every prospect post-visit, working the deal through to token, agreement and closure.

— Negotiate terms between buyer/tenant and owner/developer, keeping MAD's interests and reputation front and centre.

— Coordinate with MAD's legal/documentation team to see paperwork through to signing and handover.

Relationship Building

— Build and nurture direct relationships with clients, owners, developers and channel partners across all five verticals.





— Generate referrals and repeat business from a satisfied client base — MAD's reputation is built deal by deal.

Coordination & Feedback

— Work in lock-step with the back-office desk — confirming visit outcomes, updating CRM status, and flagging pricing/positioning feedback from the field.

— Share on-ground market intelligence (pricing, competing inventory, demand shifts) with vertical heads and the Founder.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

— Graduate (any stream); 1+ years in real estate, broking or field sales strongly preferred.

— Strong presentation, negotiation and closing skills — comfortable meeting clients, owners and developers face-to-face.

— Excellent spoken English, Hindi and Marathi.

— Own two-wheeler/vehicle mandatory — this is a field-first role covering Bandra, Khar, Santacruz, Juhu and South Mumbai.

— Target-driven, presentable, and comfortable working flexible schedule around client availability.

— Willingness to work across property categor
