Role Overview

We are looking for a City Manager to own the rooftop solar business end-to-end across the city. The role leads the city operations team—the Installation Manager, Liaisoning Manager, Warehouse Manager, and AMC Lead—and is accountable for the full order lifecycle from post-sales handover through site survey, material readiness, installation, commissioning, and lifetime service. The City Manager owns the city's installation throughput, TAT, cost and profitability, quality (first-time-right), and customer delight,



while coordinating with Design, Customer Delight, and Purchase, and reporting progress to Central Ops.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the city operations team: Manage the Installation Manager, Liaisoning Manager, Warehouse Manager, and AMC Lead, and own overall city performance across installations, liaisoning, warehouse, and AMC.
- Daily planning & targets: Run daily planning and standups with the functional managers, -setting daily targets, reviewing progress, and unblocking issues.
- Own the end-to-end order lifecycle & TAT: Drive every order through its full journey—post-sales handover → site survey/BOQ → warehouse kitting → installation → commissioning & net metering → handover → AMC—and ensure completion within defined TATs.
- Installation throughput & FTR: Through the Installation Manager, ensure crews are scheduled efficiently to hit the city's monthly installation target, balancing in-house and vendor teams
