Responsibilities: Manage staff and daily shop operations Handle sales, billing and cash management Monitor stock and purchases Maintain customer service and shop discipline Prepare daily sales and stock reports Requirements: Previous experience in retail/grocery shop management Tally knowledge is mandatory Valuable communication and leadership skills Honest, responsible and disciplined Able to handle daily operations independently
