Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager with strong experience in the IT industry to drive business growth, acquire current clients, and manage key customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of IT services, software solutions, SaaS, web/mobile development, cloud solutions, AI solutions, or related technology offerings.

The role requires strong business development, negotiation, client management, and team leadership skills with a focus on achieving revenue targets and expanding the company's market presence.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities across relevant industries and markets.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to proposal, negotiation, and closure.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, product demonstrations, and solution discussions.
- Understand customer business requirements and coordinate with technical teams to propose suitable IT solutions.




- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, LinkedIn, cold outreach, industry events, and other channels.
- Prepare business proposals, quotations, presentations, and commercial agreements.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms with clients.
- Maintain an updated sales pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts and reports.
- Work closely with marketing, technical, project management, and delivery teams.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional IT services.
- Monitor competitors, technology trends, customer requirements, and market opportunities.
- Lead, guide, and motivate the sales/business development team where applicable.
