Project Coordinator
with solid planning, communication, and stakeholder-management skills?

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented qualified to join our
software development team

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage multiple software development projects

• Work closely with Project Managers, Developers, QA, UI/UX teams, and clients

• Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and task schedules

• Track project progress, risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies

• Coordinate stand-ups, sprint planning, review meetings, and client meetings

• Prepare MoMs, project reports, and status updates

• Monitor deliverables and ensure deadlines are met

• Support Agile/Scrum practices and process improvement

Requirements:

•
4–8 years
of experience in Project Coordination / similar roles in IT or software development





• Strong understanding of
SDLC

• Hands-on experience with
Jira and Asana

• Knowledge of
Agile & Scrum
methodologies

• Strong project planning and organizational skills

• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
