Job Summary

We are looking for a seasoned Healthcare Account Management, Presales & Solutioning qualified to support and grow strategic healthcare provider accounts.

The role will combine Account Management, Presales, Solutioning, Business Development, and Sales Operations. The individual will work closely with Sales, Account Management, Solutioning, Delivery, Operations, and global teams to understand client requirements and develop practical, scalable solutions that deliver measurable business value.

The role will initially focus on supporting account management and presales activities, with an opportunity to take on greater client-facing and account ownership responsibilities based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

Account Management & Business Development
- Support account management and client engagement across assigned healthcare accounts.
- Develop account intelligence covering client priorities, business challenges,



whitespace opportunities and competitive landscape.
- Identify cross-sell, up-sell and account expansion opportunities.
- Research target executives and stakeholders and develop targeted outreach strategies.
- Support account planning, opportunity identification and revenue growth initiatives.

Presales & Solutioning
- Lead/support presales and solutioning activities for healthcare opportunities.
- Develop integrated solutions across Healthcare Operations, Revenue Cycle Management, Finance & Accounting, Data & Analytics, AI and Digital Transformation.
- Translate client business challenges into solution concepts, operating models, value propositions and transformation opportunities.
- Partner with delivery, operations, technology and SMEs to develop executable solutions.
- Prepare solution presentations, business cases, proposals and executive-level client materials.

RFP / RFI Management
- Manage and coordinate RFP/RFI resp
