We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Area Sales Manager / Zonal Sales Manager to join our Sales team, based in Mumbai. The role will be responsible for developing and growing the assigned territory, building strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders, and consistently achieving sales targets.

The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably with an MNC in the medical devices or pharmaceutical industry. Experience in surgical products, medical disposables, equipment, or related healthcare solutions will be an advantage.

The candidate will be responsible for managing the Mumbai territory and may also be required to travel extensively across Gujarat and other assigned markets for business development, customer meetings, conferences, and outstation visits.

Preference will be given to Gujarati-speaking candidates, given the level of customer and stakeholder interaction expected across the Gujarat territory.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development
- Achieve and consistently exceed monthly, quarterly,



and annual sales targets.
- Develop and execute territory sales plans aligned with the company's overall sales strategy.
- Identify new business opportunities, develop recent accounts, and expand the customer base.
- Develop surgical capacity by identifying opportunities to introduce and grow the company's products across hospitals and healthcare centres.
- Expand into new territories and support the establishment of new centres.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers and healthcare stakeholders.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product and solution-based offerings.
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, competitor activity, and market dynamics to identify business opportunities and potential threats.
