Role Overview

Kronicle Research is building an end-to-end suite of legal technology solutions for modern legal teams, law firms, enterprises, financial institutions, universities and legal institutions. The platform spans legal research, drafting, contract lifecycle management, compliance management, legal workflow automation, dispute resolution, practice management, e-signatures and case analytics.

Kronicle's tools and databases integrate AI-driven intelligence and knowledge graphs across legal research, drafting, practice management, dispute resolution, and case analytics. These tools are accessible via Microsoft Word add-ins, iPad apps, web interfaces, and mobile applications integrating legal workflows (CLM, DigiServe) and databases (DealBase, CaseBase and LawBase).

We are seeking a commercially driven, target-oriented and field-ready sales qualified to generate qualified leads, conduct in-person meetings, demonstrate Kronicle’s legal technology products, build institutional relationships and convert prospects into paying customers. The role requires extensive market outreach,



disciplined follow-up, strong presentation skills and the ability to sell complex legal-tech solutions to law firms, corporate legal teams, compliance teams, financial institutions, universities and legal institutions.

Key Responsibilities

· Identify, qualify and convert prospects across law firms, corporate legal departments, compliance teams, BFSI customers, universities, legal institutions and professional bodies.

· Conduct regular field visits, client meetings, demos, campus/institution visits, partner meetings and event-based sales outreach.

· Present and explain Kronicle’s products in a clear buyer-facing manner, including LexOps.ai, KronAI, DealBase, CaseBase, LawBase, OpsBase, DigieSign, DigiServe and related solutions.

· Build and manage a sales pipeline from first contact to demo, proposal, negotiation, closure, onboarding and renewal support.
