Key Responsibilities
- Provide effective leadership and direction for the overall functioning of the school.
- Develop and implement academic plans, policies, and institutional objectives.
- Monitor teaching quality, curriculum implementation, and student academic performance.
- Supervise, guide, and evaluate teaching and non-teaching staff.
- Conduct staff meetings, performance reviews, and professional development initiatives.
- Maintain discipline and ensure a safe, respectful, and inclusive school setting.
- Monitor student attendance, behaviour, academic progress, and overall development.
- Build strong relationships with students, parents, teachers, and other stakeholders.
- Address parent concerns and resolve academic or administrative issues effectively.
- Manage school budgets, resources, infrastructure, and day-to-day administration.
- Ensure compliance with education-board regulations, institutional policies,



and statutory requirements.
- Organize examinations, academic activities, events, meetings, and co-curricular programs.
- Promote extracurricular activities, sports, cultural programs, and holistic student development.
- Maintain accurate school records and prepare reports for management and regulatory authorities.

A self-motivated, goal oriented, experienced academician

She should know all Government & ICSE Board compliances.

Min. Exp. - Minimum 5 years as Principal & 5 years as Vice Principal with 10 years of Teaching experience (Secondary)

Qualification - Masters (Any subject) & B.Ed. - Mandatory (Except - M.A. - Education)

Candidates Location - Mumbai / Pune (willing to relocate).
