Role & responsibilities

Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and finalise statutory audit assignments in accordance with applicable Standards on Auditing and

Ind AS.
- Prepare and review financial statements (standalone and consolidated) under Ind AS, ensuring compliance and

disclosure accuracy.
- Handle consolidation of accounts for group entities, including SPVs and subsidiaries.
- Prepare and review MIS reports for management and client reporting.
- Prepare client-ready financial statements and audit deliverables in Excel, and presentations/summaries in

PowerPoint.
- Support audit and advisory engagements for clients in the real estate sector.
- Liaise with client finance teams, engagement partners, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of

assignments.
- Supervise and review the work of article assistants and junior team members.
- Ensure adherence to firm methodology, quality control standards, and regulatory timelines.
