Role & Responsibilities

We are hiring a Marketing and Outreach Associate to support marketing coordination, business development outreach, project content collection, client communication, proposal support, and external marketing partner coordination in a construction PMC / AEC setting.

PROMAC Advisors works as a Project Management Consultancy across construction, interiors, industrial, hospitality, commercial, institutional, residential, and township projects. The role requires someone who can coordinate between leadership, site teams, external marketing partners, and prospective clients to ensure marketing content, outreach, proposals, and client follow-ups move in a structured and timely manner.

Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinate with external digital marketing and branding partners for LinkedIn, Instagram, Google Business Profile, Google Ads, Meta Ads, website updates, creatives, captions, approvals, and posting schedules.
- Collect project photos, videos, site updates, progress milestones, quality observations, and project information from site teams.




- Convert raw site/project updates into structured content inputs and briefs for marketing partners.
- Maintain project content folders, photo archives, approval records, content trackers, lead trackers, and monthly marketing activity summaries.
- Follow up with site engineers and project teams for missing content, site photographs, project details, and technical clarifications.
- Support LinkedIn posts, Instagram updates, Google page updates, project case studies, brochures, capability notes, presentations, and company profile updates.
- Conduct outreach calls, lead generation, and follow-ups through Justdial, Projects India, LinkedIn, referrals, architect/developer databases, institutions, industrial clients, consultants, and other relevant sources.
